FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical shells, cover, and basic material inlet branch pipe built in cover. Internal cylinder is located inside cylindrical shells. Bubbler for supplying solvent into false bottom is positioned under internal cylinder. Perforated partition wall is arranged in lower part of internal cylinder. Electric heaters and branch pipes for filling apparatus with solvent, discharging of cleaned material and discharging of used solvent are arranged in lower part of cylindrical shells. Supporting disk is attached between cylindrical shells. Branch pipes for filling apparatus with basic material and for discharge of vapors to condensation section are located in cover. Surface condenser is coupled to cylindrical shells through connecting pipes. Apparatus of such construction provides for increased surface area of contact between solvent and basic material. Also, solvent may be recovered. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced dimensions and decreased metal usage. 1 dwg
