PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regional type job offer information registration/retrieval system easily operable at a low cost along the employment information of a region and the recruit business of the region. SOLUTION: The registration of information is divided into the three kinds of job offers, talent registration and SOHO talent registration for which demands are increasing lately.
