PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method, a communication system, a communication terminal and program by which voice communication and image information communication can be carried out in parallel. SOLUTION: When a user terminal 31a makes a phone call to a user terminal 31b, the user terminal 31b transmits caller and a receiver user IDs to a management computer 21 on the opportunity of transmission of phone communication. The management computer 21 extracts user information on the basis of the received receiver user ID and transmits the user information to the user terminal 31a. On the other hand, the user terminal 31b transmits the receiver user ID to the management computer 21 through an incoming call by phone communication. The management computer 21 identifies the caller user ID on the basis of the received receiver user ID. Then the management computer 21 extracts user information on the basis of the caller user ID and transmits the user information to the user terminal 31b.
