PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module for high temperature, which can be used stably at high temperature region and has high performance level by bonding a thermoelectric element and an electrode material, without soldering or brazing. SOLUTION: A p-type thermoelectric element 2 formed of a metal oxide and an n-type thermoelectric element 3 formed of a metal oxide are electrically connected in series with each other via electrode materials 4a and 4b, to form a thermoelectric conversion element pair. In a thermoelectric conversion module 1 for high temperature, where one such couple or a plurality of such couples are disposed on insulation substrates 5a and 5b, the electrode materials 4a and 4b have a multilayered structure, consisting of a metal board 14 and a metal foil 15. |
