PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom that can early detect a fire at the outside of a house due to arson by utilizing a disaster prevention system for a multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: The intercom 10 is installed at an entrance of a house and includes a sensor 18 sensing a flame in an intercom main body 12. When the sensor 18 senses a flame, speakers 17, 27 raise an alarm. The sensor is connected to a house information panel 20 installed in the house via a relaying device 11 provided to the intercom main body. The relaying device 11 is provided with a test use connection terminal 15, to inspect the sensor 18.
