Extreme factors influence upon antioxidation potential is evaluated from a formula where Xoi and Xbi are the antioxidation system protection properties before and after extreme factors being applied and Xoj /Xbj are the antioxidation system destruction properties before and after extreme factors being applied. Xoi and Xoj are equal to 1. AOP being <1, the influence is evaluated as negative one. AOP being equal to or greater than 1, the influence is evaluated as positive one.
