The innovation suggests, also, the method to stimulate patient's immune reaction to human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) infection or CAEV- infection due to introduction of therapeutically efficient amount of CAEV immunogen for a patient. The innovation suggests the method to stimulate immune reaction in vitro due to the contact of a lymphocyte with therapeutically efficient amount of CAEV immunogen, and includes the methods to predict nucleotide sequence at a divergence against a standard CAEV-Co.
