FIELD: determination of volumetric flow of oil at moisture content not exceeding 5%. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has first and second generators connected with respective inputs of first and second ring vibrators, output communication elements connected through first and second detectors with inputs of first and second amplitude-and-frequency meters, correlator and computer connected to inputs of multiplier whose output is output of proposed device. Vibrators are made in form of waveguides built in pipe line. Moisture content of watery oil flow is determined by resonance frequency of one of vibrators.
