MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY BINDING TO MT4−MMP CATALYTIC DOMAIN

A monoclonal antibody which reacts with natural MT4−MMP or solubilized MT4−MMP. Namely, a monoclonal antibody capable of specifically and effectively recognizing the catalytic domain of natural MT4−MMP; a human−type chimeric antibody containing the same; a CDR transplantation antibody; a single−stranded antibody, a disulfide stabilization antibody; and a method of detecting and quantifying MT4−MMP protein by using the same. Also, a method of diagnosing various diseases in which MT4−MMP participates (inflammation, cancer, etc.), diagnostics and remedies therefor with the use of these antibodies are provided.
