The invention relates to a lifting apparatus without electric cable for lifting container. The lifting apparatus obtains energy by rotating the pulley set, so the lifting apparatus can be formed as an accumulator-type power source, and the signals between the lifting apparatus and the crane can be transmitted by remote control, thus the electric cable can be omitted. The lifting apparatus includes an upper lifting frame (2), the pulley set (3) is provided on the upper lifting frame (2). Every pulley of the pulley set (3) has a geared ring (4), the gear (5) is provided on the upper lifting frame (2). The gear shaft (51) is connected with a Falk flexible coupling (6) connected to the planet accelerator (7), the planet accelerator (7) is connected to the bidirectional plunger-type hydraulic pump (8), then connected to the accumulator-type power source (9) through a hydraulic circuit. The accumulator-type power source (9) includes a hydraulic accumulator (91), nitrogen bottle (92) connected by pipeline, oil tank (93), electricity generator (94), secondary cell (95), and oil motor (96) which is connected to the electricity generator (94) and drives by the electromagnetic valve. When hoisting the apparatus, the hoisting ropes rotate the pulley set by friction force, and drive the bidirectional plunger-type hydraulic pump (8) to operate, thus the accumulator-type power can be obtained.
