Compounds of the formula I wherein the radicals R1, R2 and R3 independently of one another are a hydrogen atom or an organic group having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, with the proviso that at least one of R1 to R3 is an organic group having from 10 to 40 carbon atoms, or salts of the above compounds are used as additives for mineral binders.
