The invention relates to a torsion spring comprising an when viewing the cross-section essentially ring segment-shaped spring body having a first and a second end section, whereby each end section is connected to a seat of a counter bearing. The counter bearings are arranged in a manner that enable them to twist in a circumferential direction with regard to one another. The spring body (1) at least partially encircles both counter bearings (7, 8) along the outer periphery so that the end sections (3, 4) are provided with an, in essence, radially inward offset and are situated in seats (5, 6) that are open in a radially outward manner. The invention also relates to a torsion spring set consisting of inventive torsion springs, and to a system for decoupling vibrations from the engine and transmission that comprises an inventive torsion spring set and a parallelly connected hydraulic torsional vibration damper.
