An elastic wheel wherein an elastic auxiliary member is fixed to the side surface of a rim, and either a plate−like member fixed to the outer end surface thereof is held for movement radially of the wheel between inhibiting members fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a disk, or at least a portion of an annular member installed on the side surface of the rim projects inwardly beyond the inner peripheral surface of the rim and an elastic auxiliary member composed of rubber elastic bodies and steel sheets alternately laminated to each other is fixed to the projecting end of the annular member with the opposite ends of the elastic auxiliary member fixed to the inhibiting member fixed to the disk, or the front end of a stopper rubber fixed to one side surface of the projection abuts against the inner surface of a guide , whereby an improved riding feeling, vibration−proof performance and sound−proof performance are achieved without losing the durability, safety and steering stability all the time from small power input to large power input.
