<p>A distribution schedule is edited with reference to the weather information on the districts where reception terminals are disposed so that distribution data can be broadcast to the reception terminals and can be received well as a whole by the reception terminals in a good reception environment, and the distribution is conducted according to the edited distribution schedule. If resending requests are sent from some reception terminals, the resending requests are collected, and resending is so conducted that the redundancy of the distribution data is reduced, thereby enhancing the distribution efficiency.</p> |
