Position transducer, which comprises at least one magnetic sensor (1) which measures the intensity of the magnetic flux generated by at least one magnet (2) suitable for traveling with a relative motion with respect to the sensor (1) so that the latter supplies an electric signal variable according to its distance from the magnet (2), as well as at least one further magnetic sensor (4), wherein both sensors (1, 4) are connected through analog-to-digital converters (5) to electronic calculation means (6) provided with at least one digital memory (9) and one calculation unit (8) which processes the signals (S1, S2) coming from the sensors (1, 4) and obtains the position (P) of the magnet (2) according to the result (R) of this processing.
