PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively producible bag with a ventilation characteristic for packaging rice, etc., which satisfactorily takes out air enclosed therein in filling. SOLUTION: This bag with a ventilation characteristic comprises front and back two laminated quadrilateral films having a base layer and a heat adhesive resin layer. The four sides of the bag are formed with a heat adhesive part, and the heat adhesive part of at least one side is formed discontinuous having at least one part of non heat adhesive. On one laminated film of the part non heat adhesive, a plurality of dot shape protrusions protruding inwardly are formed at fixed intervals in a zigzag shape.
