PURPOSE: A product mixed with soil is provided, which has the waterproofness, the flame retardancy and the sound proofness and is used to spray a wall paper or a building or to replace a glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: The product mixed with soil is prepared by mixing soil or muddy water, a various kind of matter to be mixed with soil, an additive selected from vegetable materials, minerals or synthetic materials, and optionally a special-function imparting material selected from biomaterials, far-infrared ray emitting materials, waterproof materials, soundproof materials, flame retardant materials and antibacterial materials.
