摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a lap welding with a laser beam of a zinc- based plated steel plates by which method an excellent corrosion resistance is given. SOLUTION: By the method for a lap welding of the zinc-based plated steel plates giving a high corrosion resistance, the vapor pressure of zinc generated in the laser welding is decreased to prevent a weld defect when the zinc-based plated steel plates are lapped and welded with the laser beam, the metallic particles having a high corrosion resistance is stuck to the inner faces of the lapped part by applying the particles mixed in a binder in order to suppress the decrease in the corrosion resistance due to the gap provided at the time of welding. Thus, the part which is lapped and welded with the laser beam while a high corrosion resistance is fundamentally required is manufactured according to purposes.</p>
