PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring and floor structure deformed to absorb impact force from a walker to thereby reduce a burden to the walker without giving the walker the feel of hardness and moreover prevented from early deterioration. SOLUTION: When the walker walks on a floor formed of this flooring 10, impact force from the walker is applied to an impact absorbing member 64 through the flooring 10. At this time, air existing in a hole 66 of the impact absorbing member 64 is pushed out to the outside of the impact absorbing member 64 through communicating holes 70. The impact absorbing member 64 is therefore deformed easily and shrinks, and the impact force from the walker is absorbed by the impact absorbing member 64. As a result, a burden to the feet, hips and joint parts of the walker can be reduced. Particularly with the hole 66 and communicating holes 70 provided inside the impact absorbing member 64, the impact absorbing member 64 can be easily deformed, so that the flooring 10 does not feel hard for the walker.
