PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control soundproof floor structural body capable of developing an excellent vibration control soundproof performance without increasing a thickness and a weight. SOLUTION: In this vibration control soundproof floor structural body, a flooring, a vibration control soundproof material A (desirably 1 to 4 in specific gravity), a vibration control soundproof material B (desirably 0.01 to 0.3 in specific gravity), and a floor backing material C are stacked in this order from a floor finish material side. The acoustic specific resistance value Zb of the vibration control soundproof material B meets the requirements of the following two expressions.|Za-Zb|>3×10<5> ... expression (1)|Zc-Zb|>3×10<5> ... expression (2) Where Za is the acoustic specific resistance value of vibration control soundproof material A, Zb is the acoustic specific resistance value of vibration control soundproof material B, and Zc is the acoustic specific resistance value of the floor backing material C.
