PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate various problems caused by separately performing fixing of an on-vehicle battery to a vehicle body and forming of a ground circuit of a battery. SOLUTION: A fixture 14 also used as a grounding wire is provided by integrally forming a pressing part 11 of the upper surface of the battery contacting with the upper surface of the battery 1, a minus terminal connecting part 12 electrically connected to a minus terminal 8 of the battery 1, and a vehicle body connecting part 13 connected to the vehicle body 2 in an electrically connecting state. One end, for example, of the pressing part 11 of the upper surface of the battery of the fixture 14 also used as the grounding wire is fastened and fixed to the vehicle body 2 with a bolt lever 7, and the battery 1 is fixed to the vehicle body 2. Fixing of the battery and forming of the ground circuit can be simultaneously performed only by mounting the fixture also used as the grounding wire, so that workability is extremely improved. A ground cable is not required, the weight is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
