PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting state of focusing which enable a photographer to properly designate AF point by displaying the range capable of designation of the AF point on a viewfinder, when the range is limited in a camera system which is focused on an object of the AF point through autofocusing, when the AF point is designated on a display screen of the viewfinder in a television camera. SOLUTION: A touch panel is disposed on the viewfinder 14 of the television camera, and when the point to be desirably brought into focus (AF point) is touched, the focusing on the AF point is performed. When the range, capable of designation of the AF point is limited, a frame H which represents the range is displayed, and the AF point is displayed on the screen 14A of the viewfinder 14. |
