SOLUTION: The opening section device is constituted of an outside frame prefabricated body 3 forming an opening section 2 and a hinged door body 5 for opening and closing the opening section 2, among the surfaces of the outside frame prefabricated body 3, the hinged door body 5 is used for the surface on the opening side, the front 11 exposed to the outside when the hinged door body 5 closes the opening section 2 and part of the opening section inside surface 13 are covered with the first surface 21, the second surface 22 and the third surface 23 of a repairing surface member 16, it is used for a contact member coming into contact with the surface 5E on the closing side of the hinged door body 5 when the opening section 2 is closed, and an air-tight member 25 for ensuring air-tightness between the hinged door body 5 and the outside frame prefabricated body 3 is mounted to the repairing surface member 16.
