PURPOSE: A system for managing a manpower mobilization and a labor of a construction site using a fingerprint recognition is provided to enhance an efficiency of a management, reduce a cost for the management, and reinforce a management security by embodying a manpower mobilization management and a labor management of a construction company through an ASP(Application Service Provider) company on a web using a fingerprint recognition effectively. CONSTITUTION: A fingerprint recognition device(10) is mounted in each construction site, and authenticates/checks a laborer through a fingerprint. A field client terminal(20) has its database and performs an authentication operation of a fingerprint recognized by the fingerprint recognition device(10). A server(100) is connected by each field client terminal(20) of a corresponding construction company through a network(50) such as the Internet, receives a key value registered and stored in a database of the field client terminal(20) and an authenticating time, and registers and stores the value and time. A manager client terminal(70) is connected to the server(100) through the network(50) such as the Internet, requests contents of a manpower mobilization management and a labor management of the corresponding field registered and stored in the server(100), and receives the contents.
