PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover hook structure capable of protecting each member while demonstrating the desired holding power in a regular service condition, and keeping excellent appearance quality. SOLUTION: The tonneau cover hook structure is provided on a front tonneau cover body 5 stretched so as to cover an upper surface of a luggage room 3 located behind a rear seat 11, and a front edge part 5a has a hook member 12 engaged with an engagement part provided on the rear seat 11. A striker member 15 along the extending direction is provided in the axle direction on a back side of a seatback member 11a of the rear seat 11, and a rib part 17 abutted on an abutting part 14c located on the back side when the seatback member 11a is turned forward of a vehicle is integrally provided on a lower side of the hook member 12.
