PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system support device for a vehicle capable of reducing the production of booming noise due to increase of an input of exhaust system vibration into a vehicle body and improving the durability of an insulator by providing a configuration that absorbs deviation of positional relation between a hook hole and a hook by loose fitting of the hook hole and the hook. SOLUTION: In this exhaust system support device for the vehicle suspending and supporting a main muffler 9 elastically on a spare tyre pan 13 by inserting a tyre pan side hook 24 into a hook hole 19a on the vehicle body side in an upper part and inserting a muffler side hook 25 into a hook hole 19b on the exhaust system side in a lower part, the tyre pan side hook 24 and the muffler side hook 25 are formed as hooks having a circular cross section, the hook hole 19a on the vehicle body side of the insulator 19 for the main muffler and the hole 19b on the exhaust system side are formed as hook holes having a circular cross section, and hook hole diametersϕ3 of both hook holes 19a, 19b are set to be larger than hook outside diametersϕ2 of both hooks 24, 25.
