<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recycling waste polyurethane resin, which can reduce a recycling process of polyurethane and thus reduce costs of production, and produce a high quality recycled product. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 96.5% of waste polyurethane, 0.3% of pigment, 1.2% of dimethyl formamide which is solvent, 1% of DPGDB(dipropylene glycol dibenzoate) which is a plasticizer, and 1% of BBP(butyl benzene phthalate); (ii) introducing the mixture into a stirrer having heater, melting the mixture at about 80-150 deg.C for about 20 minutes to form a gel; (iii) shaping the gelled melts into roll-sheet by molding roller, and cutting the shaped roll-sheet into desired size to produce a chip form of product.</p> |
