PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch whose pouring port part can stably be fixed to a mouth of a container to be refilled when a refilling operation is performed, and is not sealed when a filling port of the pouch is sealed. SOLUTION: The refilling pouch is provided with a pouring port part, and an inner face of a sheet constituting the pouch is formed of an inner face material containing a linear low-density polyethylene. A modulus in tension of the sheet constituting the pouch is 0.20 MPa or more, and a part processed so as to be easily unsealable is disposed at a predetermined unsealing position of the pouring port part.
