摘要 PURPOSE: A catalyst for addition polymerization and a method for preparing an addition polymer by using the catalyst are provided, which catalyst shows a high activity and is used to prepare a stereoregularα-olefin polymer. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst is prepared by contacting the transition metal compound represented by the formula 1 or 2 with at least one aluminium compound selected from the group consisting of an organoaluminum compound represented by E1aAlZ(3-a), a cyclic aluminoxane represented by {-Al(E2)-O-}b and a linear aluminoxane represented by E3{-Al(E3)-O-}cAlE3(2) and/or at least one boron compound selected from the group consisting of a boron compound represented by BQ¬1Q¬2Q¬3, a boron compound represented by G+ (BQ1Q2Q3)- and a boron compound represented by (L-H)+ (BQ1Q2Q3)-, wherein E1, E2 and E3 are independently a hydrocarbon group; Z's are H or a halogen atom and can be the same or different each other; 0<a<=3; b is an integer of 2 or more; c is an integer of 1 or more; B is a trivalent boron atom; Q1 to Q4 are independently a halogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, a halogenated hydrocarbon group, a substituted silyl group, an alkoxy group or a disubstituted amino group; G+ is a cation; L is a neutral Lewis base; and (L-H)+ is a Broensted acid. In the formulas 1 and 2, M is a transition metal of group 7; X's are independently H, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an aryl group, a substituted silyl group, an alkoxy group, an aralkyloxy group, an aryloxy group, an acyloxy group, an acyl group, a di-substituted amino group, a substituted pyrazolyl group, an isocyanate group, a thiocyanate group, a nitrosyl group, an azide group, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a perhalide group, a nitrate ion, a hexahalogenated ion or a tetra-substituted boron ion; L is a lone pair or a neutral ligand combined with M viaπelectrons; n is an integer of 0-7 making the compound be neutral; g is an integer of 0-6 making the compound be neutral; m is an integer of 0-5; R1 to R3 are independently H, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an aryl group or a substituted silyl group; Z is R4(z+1)-Z1-, R4z-Z2- or R4z-Z3(=O)-; k is an integer of 1-3, k+z is 3; J is a crosslinking group connecting two Ms; and h is an integer of 1-3.
