<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor of a manual type and motor driven type which is capable of efficiently compressing materials to be compressed, eventually improves conveyance efficiency, is capable of easily compressing the materials by human hands or an electric motor and is excellent in workability. SOLUTION: This compressor has a vessel 12 which is opened in its upper part and houses the materials to be compressed therein, a swing frame 14 which swings around a supporting member 20 of which the main segment is arranged on one side of the vessel 12 from the central position of the vessel 12 to the outer position of the vessel 12, a compression mechanism 17 which is attached to the swing frame 14, has a one-way clutch and has a compression rod 16 lowered by the forward and backward operation of a manual lever 32, a compressing member 15 which is disposed in the lower part of the compression rod 16 to thrust the materials to be compressed in the vessel 12 and energizing means 27 which rises the compression rod 16 when the one-way clutch is released.</p> |
