PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical means for constructing a highly accurate building foundation or footing united with the ground in response to the layout pattern of exterior walls or interior bearing walls. SOLUTION: Reinforcing steel bars are arranged on the ground underneath the exterior walls and interior bearing walls of a house or the like to be constructed, concrete blocks each having a gate type cross section with a narrow width having both the side walls 3 and top portion tying members 4 with concrete pouring openings 7 in a manner straddling the steel bars are arranged by tightly adhering their butt ends each other, then fresh concrete is poured from concrete opening 7 and hardened and the foundation is constructed. By the concrete poured and hardened, the whole of the blocks and the ground and the blocks are all united together thereby providing the foundation having a high accuracy and a high strength.
