PURPOSE: A final cover system for a reclaimed land having a reciprocating type vertical gas removal pipe in due consideration of reclaimed land subsidence is provided to stabilize a reclaimed land by recycling leachate and draining rainwater smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The final cover system for a reclaimed land having a reciprocating type vertical gas removal pipe in due consideration of reclaimed land subsidence comprises: several vertical gas removal pipes(10) installed vertically on the bottom of a reclaimed land(L) and coupled with many split pipes(15) having many through holes and bearing legs(15d); and a gas removal layer(30) composed of rubble on a reclamation waste layer(20) and provided with a gas exhaust pipe(35) to discharge reclaiming gas, collected in the gas removal layer(30) through the split pipe(15), to the outside through the gas exhaust pipe(35).
