TRX1 antibody

摘要

A humanised antibody, TRX1 includes modified constant regions and light and heavy chain framework of a human antibody and CDR regions derived from a mouse monoclonal antibody. TRX1 binds to an epitope of a CD4 antigen on CD4 positive human T-cells or monocytes. The antibody is designed such that (i) it includes CDRs that are free from glycosylation sites and (ii) does not bind to the Fc region of the receptor. Also claimed is a method of treating a graft transplant patient by administering TRX1 thereby inhibiting an immune response and preventing graft rejection.
