PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for a separator part for pre- waterproofing of an underground structure and a structure of the separator part, which bring about properties of simple and easy execution, and allow the execution of excellent cut-off. SOLUTION: A waterproof fabric 5 is made to abut on a laid waterproof sheet 4; the waterproof sheet 4 and the waterproof fabric 5 are fixed together by a bolt 3 and a nut 8; a stress propagating force (kN) between the waterproof sheet 4 and the waterproof fabric 5 is equal to/below a value obtained by making breaking strength (kN) of the waterproof sheet 4 multiplied by 0.5; and a void between the waterproof fabric 5 and the bolt 3 is treated with a watertight material 9.
