PURPOSE: Scissors having a pincette function are provided to precisely cut an article by preventing the article from sliding along a blade part of the scissors while preventing the article from being fluctuated at both sides of the blade part. CONSTITUTION: Scissors include upper and lower handles(13,14) and upper and lower blades(11,12). A supporting plate(30) for supporting an object to be cut is formed lengthwise at both sides of the upper blade(11). A pushing plate(20a) is installed lengthwise at both sides of the upper blade(11) so as to push the object to be cut with predetermined pressure. The supporting plate(30) for supporting the object is integrally formed with the lower blade(12). A blade passing slot is formed lengthwise at a center of the lower blade(12). A leaf spring(21) is coupled to the upper blade(11).
