PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate<13> CO selectively by applying an adsorbent selectively adsorbing<13> CO to the pressure swing adsorption apparatus. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of high concentration<13> CO, which is performed by using the pressure swing adsorption apparatus provided with a plurality of adsorbing towers in which the adsorbent selectively adsorbing<13> CO, introducing relatively high pressure<13> CO in the absorbing towers to adsorb<13> CO to the adsorbent and controlling the adsorbing tower in a desorbing process to a relatively low pressure to recover the high concentration<13> CO, a zeolite based adsorbent is used as the adsorbent. |
