PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose water surface facility capable of easily using an existing transport means without any modification, shortening the transport time, and reducing the transport cost at low cost by combining a floating structure for the water surface facility in a standardized unit. SOLUTION: Each unit is manufactured and standardized based on the standards of a cargo container by combining units unitized for each function, and the dimensions at least in the longitudinal direction and in the right-to-left direction are formed to the standard size of the cargo container in a mutually connecting manner in the longitudinal direction and the right-to-left direction.
