<p>A projector lamp for a vehicle headlamp and method for continuously forming the same, which lamp is formed from one piece of sheet metal and includes a cylindrical lens holder and a cup shaped reflector for reflecting light from a vehicle bulb toward the cylindrical lens holder. Integral tabs formed from and extending inwardly from the cylindrical lens holder secure an optical lens within the cylindrical lens holder.</p> |
