PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal base-coating composition capable of forming fluorine resin coating on any metal base so tightly that an after-processing is applicable on it, and further having improved hot hardness and capable of securing adhesivity, and to provide its coated article. SOLUTION: The metal base-coating composition consists of a fluorine polymer suspension containing inorganic flaky particles having an aspect ratio (a ratio of the major axis to the thickness) of 10-300 and an average particle size of <=3μm. The coated article is obtained by applying the coating composition on a metal base, and further applying a fluorine resin on the outer layer by baking coating. |
