PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe for an internal combustion engine provided with dynamic beautiful appearance and a taste property and capable of reducing passing resistance of exhaust gas in the exhaust pipe surely and preventing the adhesion of oil dust to the inside of the pipe. SOLUTION: In this exhaust pipe for the internal combustion engine leading exhaust gas an exhaust port, a rotary blade using a substantially central axis of the exhaust pipe as the center of rotation is rotatably provided at a position in the vicinity of an exhaust port at a rear end of the exhaust pipe, and a shaft of the rotary blade is supported through a spring so as to advance, retract, and move freely in the same direction as the center of rotation inside and outside the exhaust pipe or outside the exhaust pipe.
