PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device in which the inflow of a foreign substance into its inside can be investigated easily and whose disassembly and repair can be performed with satisfactory efficiency according to the creeping state of the foreign substance. SOLUTION: The flow measuring device is provided with a meter housing 2 which comprises an inflow port 22 and an outflow port, a metering means which is equipped inside the meter housing 2, an inflow-side flow channel 32 by which a fuel gas flowing into from the inflow port 22 is guided to the metering means, and an outflow-side flow channel by which the fuel gas metered by the metering means is guided to the outflow port. At the flow channel 32, a capturing means 40 which captures the foreign substance flowing together with the fuel gas is installed. The capturing means 40 is provided with a capturing housing 42, and the capturing housing 42 is mounted on the metering housing 2 so as to be freely removable.
