APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING VENTILATING SYSTEM TO EXTRUDING PROCESS AND METHOD FOR VENTILATING AIR BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for connecting a ventilating system to an extruding process and a method for ventilating air by using the same are provided to prevent raw material powder from being scattered in air by using the ventilating system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for connecting a ventilating system to an extruding process includes the first ventilating pipe(100) forming the first path for conveying raw material powder and nitrogen gas to the ventilating system. The first ventilating pipe(100) is inserted into the second ventilating pipe(140). A lower end(120) of the second ventilating pipe(140) has a reducer shape having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the first ventilating pipe(100). The second ventilating pipe(140) provides the second path for conveying raw material powder and nitrogen gas to the ventilating system. The first valve(110) is installed in the first ventilating pipe(100) so as to adjust pressure in extruding process. The second valve(130) is installed at an upper portion of the lower end(120) of the second ventilating pipe(140) so as to adjust air introduced through the second path.
