PURPOSE: An automatic manufacturing apparatus for twisted doughnut in which all the processes containing a forming, cutting, twisting, transferring and dropping process of raw material are continuously and automatically performed is provided which mass-produces a product having a specified size and uniform quality and reduces manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: This automatic manufacturing apparatus comprises: a base(100) disposed at the upper end part of a support frame(F); a hopper(110) disposed at the upper end part of the base; a forming apparatus(120) for forming the induced material into strips; a first twisting apparatus(130) disposed at one end of the forming apparatus to twist the extruded material in the first stage; a first conveyor(140) disposed at one end of the first twisting apparatus to convey the twisted material; a cutting apparatus(150) disposed at one end of the first conveyor to cut the twisted material to a specified length; a transfer apparatus(160) for half-cutting and transferring the cut material; a fixing apparatus(180) for guiding and fixing the half-cut material; and a second twisting apparatus(190) for twisting the fixed material in the second stage and then causing the twisted material to fall down to a second conveyor(199).
