DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel which is capable of making color display of plural colors with high fineness and a high grade by surely installing plural microcapsules of which the optical reflection characteristics are changed by impression of an electric field in desired positions. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the display panel which is formed by installing the microcapsules sealed with a dispersion system formed by dispersing electrophoretic particles into a dispersion medium onto a substrate and makes display by changing the optical reflection characteristics of the microcapsules by the impression of the electric field thereto, in which >=2 kinds of the microcapsules (111, 112 and 113) varying in the optical reflection characteristics changed by the impression of the electric field are patterned to the desired positions by a photolithography method and are arranged in these positions.
