PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a bag cloth and a bag simultaneously satisfying characteristics of cut wound resistance and flexibility for theft prevention. SOLUTION: This bag cloth is characterized by comprising a sheetlike material constituted of a metal rope composed of at least a plurality of metal wires and a synthetic fiber yarn. This bag is characterized in that the bag cloth is sewed at sides of the bag cloth.
