PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the playgame characteristics of video printing and playgame equipment by enabling a player to arbitrarily set the illumination effect by plural lamps in photographing in conformity with the player's liking. SOLUTION: Lamps L1 and L2 are installed to both sides of a camera device 3, lamps L3, L4, L7 and L8 at four corners on the front surface side of a photographing space and lamps L5, L6, L9 and L10 at four corners on the back side. In the state of displaying the video of the subject photographed by the camera device 3 is kept displayed on a monitor device 4, the illumination patterns of the respective lamps L1 to L10 are switched according to the command input using the control buttons from the player. Further, the brightness of the lamps L1 to L10 is discretely regulated according to the command input using the control buttons from the player, by which the illumination effect desired by the player is acquired and thereafter the photographing is started.
