PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from getting an electrical shock by preventing a film unit equipped with a lens from electrically communicating with a stroboscopic device. SOLUTION: The strobe light emitting part 7 of the stroboscopic device 17 is constituted of a strobe light discharge tube 37, a reflector 38, a protector 39, a reflector case 40 and an O-ring 41. The strobe light discharge tube 37 and the reflector 38 are stored inside the reflector case 40, and the protector 39 is attached to the front side of the reflector case 40. The front part of the protector 39 is exposed from the exposing opening 20b of a front cover 20, and also, the O-ring 41 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface 39c of the protector 39. The O-ring 41 comes in tight contact with the front wall 20a of the front cover 20, then, a gap between the front cover 20 and the protector 39 is sealed in a watertight state.
