PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method, without extending the distance from a mold to a cutting device, and capable of increasing the casting speed for casting of all sizes. SOLUTION: The casting whose unsolidified thickness is 120 mm or less is pressed down overall width in the lateral direction to attach the unsolidified part by pressure, and the casting is cut at the place where the unsolidified part is attached by pressure.
