PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet refuse fermenting apparatus in the wet refuse treating tank of which the accuracy of the connection part of a plurality of partially cylindrical bottom walls is enhanced so that wet refuse is prevented from being hooked in the connection part. SOLUTION: Wet refuse is agitated by respectively rotating agitation blades 40, 42 fit to two rotary shafts 34, respectively, along two partially cylindrical bottom walls 22, 24 arranged in parallel at the bottom of the wet refuse treating tank 18a of this wet refuse fermenting apparatus. The side edges opposite to each other of the walls 22, 24 are welded W1 while a heating pipe 25 is interposed between them for preventing the side edges from being corrugated so that the accuracy of the connection part can be enhanced and the wet refuse can be prevented from being hooked in the connection part. The bottom part of the tank 18a is heated by circulating heated air inside the pipe 25 so that the wet refuse treating efficiency can be enhanced.
