PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanosurgery device capable of determining a coagulation state of a tissue of a wide range. SOLUTION: A tissue state detecting and incising electrode 12 is arranged in the vicinity between a coagulating electrode 11 and a feedback electrode 13 on the tip of a treating tool 5. A coagulating treatment by high frequency current-carrying is performed at proper time by using the coagulating electrode 11 and the feedback electrode 13. Afterwards, the coagulating electrode 11 is switched to the tissue state detecting and incising electrode 12, and impedance of the tissue between the electrodes is detected, and is compared with a threshold value being a standard for a coagulation completed state to determine whether or not coagulation is completed so that the coagulation state can be determined over a wider range than when determining whether or not the coagulation is completed by using the coagulating electrode 11. |
